Serignan has an amazingly preserved way of life and yet embraces tourists and caters for their culinary and imbibing needs especially in the high season. The Esplanade is the social centre of this ancient town and is the scene of a market for farmers, farm produce and others on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. If I'd read some of the reviews on here first I might not have visited this restaurant, but I'm so very glad I did. My wife is a trained chef so I know I can safely say the food here was wonderful. Simple, no frills, good cooking. Ambience second to none, and great value for money. We visited twice, and if I'd had the time I'd go again. My crevettes/bulots followed by marmite pecheur equalled the best holiday meal I've ever had, and I wish you the same experience I had here.
This would have got 5 stars if at 1430 the menu du jour had been on offer and the waitress had seemed more committed, but the salade gourmande and Pizza 4 fromage were excellent. So was the vin rosé although it could have been colder. A lovely lunch.

A visit for a Sunday lunch on this occasion was just fine; a three course meal for €13.50 and €4.80 for a half-litre carafe of wine is great value and even better when the food is freshly prepared and cooked.Reasonably good service on a busy day.
Lovely village square, beautiful setting. Awful food. Not only did it taste awful it looked awful. It's quite an achievement to make a tomato and mozzarella salad inedible. Tasteless pizza. Tasteless moules. Avoid.
Great food and a lovely atmosphere, the food is superb with excellent prices on the menu for €13.50 Friendly staff with brilliant service throughout the night. Caters for all types of dining.
Great menu and reasonably priced. Gets very busy but service was great. Would recommend. Kids menu chicken nuggets etc. Adults very traditional French menu.

We came here often when we lived in Vancouver, and today we brunched there with an old friend! It was great as always, I've never had a bad meal here!
