We had a fabulous lunch at Chez Martine. The specials of the day were a Chicken Pie or Smoked Salmon over Potato Pancakes, each with a salad. So we had one of each, and they were both superb. The salads were typical European with many...ingredients, including some cooked haricots verts, egg, fresh fig, mixed greens, and an exquisite mustard vinaigrette on the side. we came here for a traditional lunch break. our food, quiche larvae and swashed tar with salat was delicious! the proportion was a good size at a reasonable price. the service was friendly and very attentive. eating is traditional and gives them a view of the local kitchen. the bill was 29 € for lunch and 2 softdrinks. would recommend.
we ordered caesar salat and a simple mix salat (because there is nothing vegan in the menu) and we got small portions and not completely fresh or delicious. and in addition to too expensive! also they have changed us for the salat (basket...only) and the caesar salat (with huh) €13.50 each. on a 0.5 liter beer we paid 7 euro

We sat on the porch and had a delicious lunch which included an onion tart, salad and glass of wine. This seemed to be a perfect place to take a break and enjoy some great food. Service was very good.

absolutely tasty waffles! various types: sugar, nutella, zimtapfel, chestnut puree etc.: the texture was exactly right soft in the middle and crispy a bit on the outside. fab.
We enjoyed a lovely breakfast sat outside in the sun at very good value. Slight disappointment at jam in plastic sachets rather than homemade or fresh but otherwise very good.

The Schaal'e Sucre is clearly very popular with the locals (always a good sign) so we were fortunate to get a table. Excellent food with very pleasant helpful service, thanks
The friendly waitress offered herself a colour book for our daughter. We had a good time, and eating nice local dishes.
