Impromptu reservation for family and friends, a party of 7, for lunch. The plat du jour at 18 euro was great value and delicious. Starter of poached egg in a creme truffle sauce, chicken with the local Reblochon cheese and finally either tiramisu or pear with chocolate sauce. Local wines at a great price. It is a favourite for cyclists completing the col de Saxel climb. A great surprise. Friendly staff with lovely food. Cash only.

delicious! a marvelous mushroom velvet, a tender beef with carrots and high wet polénta. only regret: that my stomach was no longer to finish my plate because the portions are generous. Thank you for this very good time. We'll be back.
