Chez Mon Ex

I was a bit intrigued by the name of this place and seized the occasion of a quick dinner with a friend to try it out. As we came very early (before 19:00) we had no problem at all to find an indoor seat and the service was very friendly and efficient (we had a later appointment and needed to leave before 19:30 and they managed to serve us on time). I fully enjoyed the Pluma iberico au gingembre (Spanish pork meat with ginger and fries) and a good glass of wine, for a reasonable price. The decoration and general atmosphere is nice, although the room is a bit small, I can imagine it can easily get crowded later on in the evening, the more so since it's close to the university area. Last but not least, while being out of the touristical centre, it's very easy to access from there on foot or by tramway. I'll certainly come back with friends for a drink or a bite.

The restaurant was very nice, clean and had extremely good food. The burger was great, as well as the Creme Brûlée. The staff was very nice and fast. Great place to eat or just to have a coffee.

Very nice and young staff, very healthy food and nice atmosphere. The meals were all nicely presented, tasty and varied. The wine was excellent.
