Total disorganization, mediocre cuisine, not nice. we spent our holidays in the region and wanted to have lunch. We arrived and the person behind his bar saw us arrive and asked us what we wanted after 5 good minutes. Then when we settled on a soft tone told us not to take the tables or there were plates but no reserved table paper, we had to take tables in full sun. On the sun, October 16, we ate on the terrace!No chichis, the terrine is on the table and the delicious ceps accompany the meats to the choice. A menu, wine and aperitif included under 20€. Totally unpretentious village cafe that restores my faith in local French cooking. Simple, basic food done to perfection. Salad has fresh herbs from the garden. Chips were the best I have eaten anywhere. Short menu of the old favourites (e.g. entrecote, confit de canard). Good views from terrace looking over Gorge de la Dourbie.

from March to March, sylvia reopened its restaurant for us. family atmosphere and welcoming, excellent meals based on fresh and very well cooked products: magret, confit, tripou. and gratin of pasta specially cooked for our small tips. relaxing evening and very reasonable price. at sylvie we are really like at home just if we don’t want to get up at the end of the meal to get rid of and do the dishes. But what is found in the plate is much better than the house. It’s simple rustic, guttery and generously served for a more than reasonable price.
