As a student in the city centre of strasbourg, I go several times a week to lunch time "at the victor" and this since September 2016, I admit I'm not getting tired of it! the principle of the house is simple, you have a list of ingredients to choose from, and you compose your salad, sandwich or hot tartine to your sauce. the variety is huge, the copyy portions and the quality at the rendezvous! prices are affordable and the service is top that you decide to eat on site or take your meal to take away. I highly recommend!

We were delighted to find door and open kitchen at 2:30 in this small restaurant. We chose vegetarian tarts, prepared under our eyes, well-provided. we thought we were still hungry at the end of the meal but it was the ideal portion! excellent local juices, pleasant staff, cleanliness and possibility to recover on site overly limited to the traditional hours of lunch (a small ten seats). Only regret for desserts that didn't seem to be done-home.
