Chez Vivi, L'alimentation Vivante

I can say that this is the most amazing, surprising, and most incredible restaurant I was given to test. the mode of preparation of the dishes give them flavors of unmatched wealth. Everything is perfectly dosed, with products that come out of the ordinary or otherwise quite common, but that find there tastes much richer than in a classic cuisine.Vivi also shares his passion and takes care to explain, tell and exchange with the guests. Stop here for a few moments, you will not be disappointed. but be careful, mandatory booking!!

We arrived at Vivi by chance on 21 July and left 2h30 later filled and happy. We are not vegan but were conquered by his kitchen. Surprising textures and associations, all raised by spices and herbs. A real visual and gustative success. In addition a real time of exchange with Vivi and other customers as enthusiastic as we do. An experience not to be missed!

Very nice discovery. I'm not a vegan, and I've been enjoying myself. a lot of flavors in the dishes, a nice and available manager. There is a gastronomic side in the menus. discover without hesitation
