"I stumbled over this restaurant completely randomly and was quite surprised to open a place like this in a small village near the mountains. The formula/philosophy of the restaurant is quite refreshing and definitely healthy. The dishes are almost raw or cooked under 42° when using the oven. I have taken the formula 'Balade dans les sous-bois' with filled vegetables with cauliflower risotto and blueberry / mint sauce on the side. It was excellent, and the Risotto was super tasty and sour thanks to the mint. The dessert, a red berry/cococolos crumb (from nuts) was so good! Also drank a buckthorn juice, which was really nice if of course. Recommend this sweet place!"

I stumbled over this restaurant completely randomly and was quite surprised a place like this would open in a small village near the mountain. the formula/philosophy of the restaurant is quite refreshing and definitiw healthy. the dishes are almost raw or cooked when using the one of them under 42°. I have taken the formula balade dans les sous-bois' with filled vegetables with cauliflower risotto and blueberry/mint sauce on the side. it was excellent, and the risotto was super tasty and sour thanks to the mint. the dessert, a red berry/cococolos crumb (from nuts) was so good! also drank a sea-backhorn juice, which was really nice when natural. very recommend this sweet place!
