I stumbled over this restaurant completely randomly and was quite surprised a place like this would open in a small village near the mountain. the formula/philosophy of the restaurant is quite refreshing and definitiw healthy. the dishes are almost raw or cooked when using the one of them under 42°. I have taken the formula balade dans les sous-bois' with filled vegetables with cauliflower risotto and blueberry/mint sauce on the side. it was excellent, and the risotto was super tasty and sour thanks to the mint. the dessert, a red berry/cococolos crumb (from nuts) was so good! also drank a sea-backhorn juice, which was really nice when natural. very recommend this sweet place!

Really a great discovery. First conceptual (cru-sine), then gustative. Really original and refreshing, eating at home makes good. Delicious solutions exist to eat well in the world of tomorrow. Thanks to you Bio, local and season, everything is vegetable
