We were ready for a break from French cuisine and pizza and pasta and were in for such a pleasant surprise. We loved this Asian/ Vietnamese restaurant and even my vegan friend was delighted. We enjoyed it so much we went back three nights in a row. I splurged all three nights on the 22 Euro menu and ordered their Badoit mineral water and ice with lemon. I ordered the egg rolls which are to die for and you wrap them in lettuce leaves if you wish and assortment which included salad and butterfly shrimp, the Cantonese Rice (a simple and delicious fried style rice) with the sizzling spicy beef with cilantro. the dishes offered by the restaurant in xuan are really very good. flavor, finesse, colors, quality, everything is at the rendezvous. each bite is an explosion of flavors and discoveries. the restaurant is very pleasant, clean, and the service is professional. I can only recommend this restaurant that is probably the best Asian in the region.
