The card is ephemeral and renewed twice a week depending on the availability of the products: everything is fresh, local, seasonal and especially FAIT MAISON (even if not systematically written on the map). First came to lunch on Sunday noon, we booked for Wednesday night because the places are few and leave fast! This is our only regret: not being able to take advantage of this beautiful place that is only open 3 days a week for the restaurant part. Don’t hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed! Chez Yves is a small restaurant in a village with less than 40 permanent residents. It caters mainly for tourists visiting the outstanding scenery. If you plan to visit with more than a group of 6, a telephone call in advance would be wise. Small range of meals and snacks, beautifully presnted by a lady with a wonderful smile. Prices are very reasonable as well, not a tourist 'rip off. If you are touring in the area, you can safely plan for your mid day break here.
Warm and smiling welcome, pleasant and qualitative cuisine, sublime view, shaded terrace and refreshed by a welcome breeze. Quality local products. Attention, it is better to book for the restaurant, which is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays noon and evening, and Sunday noon. Pause recommended.
Possibly the most perfect place in the world to enjoy an outdoor aperitif or dinner in the evening. If you find yourself in South East France near Millau then explore the Dourbies River Gorge and time your visit to have lunch or dinner here. We only had drinks so I can't comment on the food

On one of the hottest days of the year we called here for a drink and a sorbet I had cassis which was delicious! it's like you have been taken back in time it's absolutely magical in cantobre
