I had a bad experience with them yesterday. I checked the time they close prior to getting there which was 9.30pm. I ordered online and reached there around 9pm with my family. I wanted to have a nice time with my family there. When my food was given to me, I was told that their dine-in closes at 9pm. I've been hearing about this place for a while, and just tried it for the first time. Overall, it's not too bad, but it's overhyped and could be much better for the price. The chicken sandwich was flavorful, but compared to Dave's Hot Chicken, the portion was small, sauce was minimal, and spice was lacking even for the “Spicy” level. Very good food.. no complaints at all but please don't cheap out on your sauces… I bought more than $100 of the food… Almost like 7 8 boxes and only given 2 sauces… When asked for only 1 sauce they said you have to pay… Should be 1 sauce per box.
Chitea does not retain its quality anymore. The size of the burgers have decreased. The Angry Bird with fries were hard and dry. I kept drinking water to help it go down my throat. No sauce on it, very parsimonious about the sauces

The food here is amazing and the service is even better. I have to stop here everytime I pass chicago. 100 percent recommend coming here.
Food was good. Atmosphere was decent, not alot of sitting space but worth the wait on the burgers. The drinks were chill too
As a person that travels a lot one of the best burger places i have ever been to. Great service. Overall great experience
My family and I like the burgers and boba tea here. Good taste and fast service. They also have self checkout/in orders.
