I am not sure who owns this establishment but your Manager Elisabeth is running your business in the ground. She has a nasty attitude, she is rude and downright disrespectful. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with her in particular. The otherstaff are amazing and accommodating. Last night, we patronized the establishment and she of course was rude. She rushes thecustomers to eat this is hibachi. I’ve never been to a hibachi restaurant and their is a time limit to finish your food. Shewill bring containers, even for the liquor. We ordered for pickup, as we usually do. The order was conveniently, ready, paid, and on my way home. We are long-time patrons, we have been coming to Chi Tung since it was a mom and pop carryout place on 95th Street. It was always a good experience. The owners worked their tails off to build and build the business. We always had Chinese, and since they embraced Thai, we have had that, too. Usual orders are Mongolian Beef, Pad Thai Chicken-Medium Hot, Crab Rangoon, Singapore Beef, Steamed Peapods, homemade sweet and sour sauce, and one order each of fortune cookies and almond cookies. Great place to go I have been going for years it has became apart of my family tradition for birthdays. I would like to start with the host patty very great customer service skills.Only thing that I didn’t like was the wait for 2 hours before I sat down in hibachi there needs to be a better system in place I would like to note that the manager was very pleasant about the situation and make sure we still had a good time in spite of the concern thank you.
