The skinny: super fun bar with great ambiance. Solid (but not blow you away) food Overall: first off the spot is really cool. Cyber punk, anime, vibes with fun graffiti, memorabilia, and multiple TV's playing different Japanese/Chinese/lofi videos. We were so immersed in the different decorations and tv clips think studio Ghibli, old kungfu movies, anime. This spot is fun. For food, everything was fun, uniquely plated, and overall solid. There just wasn't anything that really blew me away. The vibes and ambiance was really what pushed it to a 4 for me. I recently had dinner at this restaurant and had a truly amazing dining experience. The price per person was between $20 and $30, which I found to be very reasonable. The food was top-notch, earning a perfect 5-star rating from me. The service was also excellent, as was the atmosphere of the restaurant. Some of the dishes I highly recommend trying are the Shiso-Jito J-Type, Pickled Cucumbers, Takoyaki, and the Warm Unagi Rice Bowl. Overall, I had a fantastic meal and would definitely dine here again.

The drink was excellent. The restaurant has a unique kitschy decor that I really enjoyed, creating a great vibe. I also loved the cocktail I ordered. The service was top-notch. I dined in and the meal type was something other than typical. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. I would rate the service a 5 and the atmosphere a 4.

Absolutely incredible food! I have travelled quite a bit in my life, tried many things, and this little bar in Colorado Springs managed to surpass all of my expectations. Kate and Anastasio are truly fantastic people! I am always thrilled to see them when I come in. You guys are awesome! They are some of the kindest people on Earth. Thank you for just being yourselves. Chiba bar is lucky to have them working for you. And the food is amazing too!

The food. Unique. The service. Impecable with perfect recommendations. The drinks. Just perfect! The vibe and music selection/volume. Immaculate. If I was the owner of this place I'd be so proud. Must check it out!
