Chic n' Time is my new go to for street food that remind me of Taiwan's night market specifically fried tofu and chicken steak. Though I always over order and also can't help also getting the garlic noodles, five spice chicken, and spring roll or imperial roll...and of course some drinks (milk tea boba is usual, and my husband likes the orange creamsicle .The fried tofu is just so perfectly fried with the batter and delicious with the sauce. Hello! Stop overlooking CHIC N' TIME! Without a doubt, they serve the best chicken wings and popcorn chicken I have ever tasted. If I had to pick a last meal, it would definitely be the peppercorn chicken wing plate accompanied by a side of their 16oz chicken broth. If I had an Olympic-sized swimming pool, I would drain it just to fill it with their chicken broth and swim in it every day! Seriously, this place is incredible. The owners and staff are so sweet and welcoming. I can't say enough good things about CHIC N' TIME. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone—10/10. Thank you for listening to my chicken talk!
This spot is so great!! You have to get the chicken fried steak and garlic noodles. The chicken steak was so crispy and was great with the spicy powder added on top (ma la . And it was a great combo with the garlic noodles. My sister got the pork vermicelli and it was very tasty and HUGE portions! The imperial rolls were also a great appetizer to start : The service was actually great here. The owner was so kind and helpful. He gave personal recommendations and continuously checked in on us. I would highly recommend this spot and would return again!!
I came here before watching a show with a friend because she comes here pretty often. She knows the owner so he gave us some special treatment!She said we had to order the fried tofu, garlic noodles, and popcorn chicken--in her view, the popcorn chicken is the best in SF!Everything was delicious and filling. The interior ambiance is light and airy on prime Valencia St!

I recently picked up the popcorn chicken and garlic noodles with barbecue chicken for takeout, so I can only speak to the food. The popcorn chicken was outstanding, and the barbecue chicken in the garlic noodles was delicious! The milk tea was great as well.
Probably would be 4 stars in another city, but I'd say it's 3 stars for SF. If you're reading this and are put off by that, don't be; it's still a nice casual spot with really solid food. I enjoyed the fried chicken steak!
