Chicago Mike's Pizza

The owner discriminates against service animals. There are NO laws requiring you to provide documentation proving that your dog is a service animal. According to the ADA and Nevada's public accommodations law, businesses cannot ask about your disability or demand proof of your animal's training or status. The owner insisted on seeing proof that my disabled daughter's dog was a service animal and refused to let us dine inside the restaurant. This is the second time this restaurant has denied my daughter's service dog entry. We will not be returning there again!

We ordered the Meat Cowboy thin crust. Unfortunately, the actual pizza looked nothing like the online picture. Everything on the pizza was literally minced. You couldn't see distinct pieces of meat or anything. Seriously, look at the photo on the website. You couldn't see anything that looked like pieces of the various meats that were allegedly on the pizza.

That's a high 4. Excellent customer service/engagement, clean and pleasant environment. We ordered the classic Chicago Deep dish and some house key lime cheesecake. Very delicious! The family was happy. We'll be back to try more Chicago delights! That was our first experience at the restaurant, and it was fantastic! Everyone was so friendly! Tracy (if I spelled that right) was a wonderful and funny server. The food was amazing! The quality was impeccable, and the atmosphere was inviting. I forgot to grab a photo of the salad, but here’s one of our pizza.

Every time I visit, I've been overcharged! The pizza is good, but not exceptional. I was charged an extra $25, and if I hadn’t checked the bill, I would have missed it. I'm tired of all the hassle; just get it right! It shouldn't be that difficult. I might start looking for another place to eat.

The deep dish pizza was quite good—thick, yet still easy to eat like a regular slice. I just wish the mushrooms had been fresh instead of canned, but besides that, I was satisfied. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
