win this place 3 stars because of eating / service conflict. the deep pizzas were very good as soon as we finally got them. does not expect to have an hour waiting for three small pizzas. more importantly, if they were so busy, the waiting period was an hour, they tell the customer that before. Do not tell me that their current lead time is 15 minutes and then 5-10 more minutes four times after. Saturday evenings are certainly busy and there will be a waiting for a walkable order. I would not have been surprised to be told 25 minutes when I placed the order, but I assume a business knows how long it takes to do something and how busy they are actually. in addition, while I was sitting outside, several other customers waited up and set up for pie. a few appeared after we had waited 35 minutes. when we finally got our food after an hour, they got their pizza and sides with two minutes of us. in this time at least 10 other customers had come and gone. mistakes. the commands are lost. if it happens, excuse yourself and fix it as soon as possible. maybe they even give a discount for the effort or a discount on a future order. I'm sorry it took so long. bye! is not a good look. my family has gone from dallas to chicago and back in 24 hours to get a real deep dish cake in the past. with waiting times like this, it doesn't seem so crazy.

5 28 2020 12:05pm, Chicago's Original, Allen, TX. Very sweet girl at the counter greeted me. Great Italian Beef sandwich!!! Will be back again. The sandwich is well put together, big enough for two (my wife and I shared one). Good bread. Plenty of meat and veggies on wet bread, as it should be! Juice has plenty of flavor, so does the meat. No place to sit and eat, just a counter to order from. They provide a knife and fork, napkins, and sandwich is served in a standard to go styrofoam big enough to contain the extra juice. We ate in the car with no mess or problem. No complaints at all just a happy customer!

So, my friend and I visited chicago a few months ago and had the best pizza each of us had either tasted. we were looking for something here and looking for something that is even close. we stumbled over this place and drove 2 hours just to get a taste similar to chicago. we were not disappointed with this pizza. by far the next to the original chicago pizza we tried. could not be happier, and next time I take a few frozen pizzas to go. so good!
