The friggin drive thru doesn't even display a menu before or during your order! I asked the guy for a menu and he didn't even have one! How the flip flop are you even supposed to order something when you don't even know what they currently have! Drivethru slow af on top of that! Rediculous and shame on you Chick-fil-A! This one is WAY sub par for a Chick-fil-A. This just in... after all that they even got my girlfriends order WRONG! There are like 40 flippin people working the drive thru window and they can't even get a simple request for no tomatoes right? Usually most Chick-fil-As double check they get your order right, this one did not and the lady at the window RUDE!
Usually we have a great experience at chik fil a, this time not so much. We ordered paid, and then waited a lot longer then the normal wait time. Then to be told that the mac and cheese was a 7 min wait, we decided to pick fries instead and a refund for the other one. Katherine at the drive thru was not friendly, the other girl was very nice. We tried to communicate and ask if we should pull forward to move out of the way for the customers behind us and she gave us “oh they will be fine “ response. To then 5 min later please pull forward. We get our stuff and check and our fruit cup is missing. I then had to get out go back to the window to not get an apology.

I usually don't post, but it was so bad! bottom line when they are in a hurry and a quick eating breakfast don't need here! great eating, but that was waiting just over 15 minutes after my order. standards are high for chik fil a, but this was clearly below the minimum standards. several team members who run around do not know how to help out or burst. a team member rolled late and discussed his excuse to customers. the line of cars outside was also slow rolling. welcome them a little waiting time at their day for this.
Ordered take-out. Arrived at the restaurant and it took them 5-10mins to get my food ready. The girl who handed my food thanked me for my patience. With the drive-thru at this location being so congested the parking to go inside can get to be a little tricky. Chicken-minis and hashbrowns were good. Prices were fair for the food selection. Inside the store also seemed a little chaotic. I’ve been to many chick-fil-a’s and I know they can get busy but it just didn’t seem like the flow here was as good as it could have been. if that was a chik fil a in G-ville, it was my first time at this place and it was the slowest of all the chik places I ordered. there were only 1 persons who were ordered outside and with a tonne people in the kitchen it took 2-3 minutes to check the order for 3 on the pick-up window. just say this place could make better. other chik spots, ran.

in the last 3 months I have visited here at the Haywood site probably once in the month and every time I go, eat my food and eat family, is cooked or looks like it is eaten. they get it fast, but it's not good. burnt chicken bugs, pommes that are over cooked or old and the grilled nuggets I order for myself also cooked over.
