I came through the drive thru with my 2 1/2 year old grandson, who has severe anaphylactic egg peanut allergies. He’s very sensitive to cross contamination, so we normally can’t let him eat at restaurants. Because he’s getting old enough to notice that he didn’t get any food, we’ve started getting him a milk and some kind of snack that’s in a sealed container with ingredients listed and food allergy warnings. they must have geduld with this place. that must be where they train these over paid people. I asked about 2 number one meal and we got our drinks and sat down. she only brought me a meal, and I went back to theke and said I just got one. she told me I won't be charged for it. they didn't want to do it right. these people hide behind religion, but they are not better than others. Don't let yourself be fooled. I will never give them my hard-earned money. too many peasants and not enough Indians.

order them to eat through door hoses. obviously chick fil a doesn't pay attention to who picks up. they let someone else take it and I didn't get my food, but still paid for it. They train their employees better.

that's one of the most dirty chicfilas I've ever been to. their journey through the late evening was under the staff. I hope the manager will go out and take a look.

only 2 on the car line and they still managed to give up my order. I don't know what's going on, but lately, service and quality have gone out of the window.
