The restaurant consistently gets my order right, and the food is always cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly, and they never forget the sauce – which is crucial for chicken! If you're ordering online, just be cautious about which location you select, as it’s easy to confuse this spot with the one in the mall just down the road. There are two drive-thru lines that you can access by circling the building, but be aware that it gets really busy during lunch and between 5 PM and 7 PM. If you haven't tried the Honey Roasted BBQ sauce yet, I highly recommend it!

Drive through was effective as always. The food was good but the meat was a little salty. The four stars is for skimming on my fries please don't skim on the fries. Over all I give a rating of 4.5 stars and would visit this Chick-Fil-A again.

Always fast and professional! Seems this location is probably the best in the Jax area! Food comes out looking like a menu image! Way to go CFA team!

I visited for the indoor playground and also tried the chicken. The customer service was excellent as well.
