We visited the restaurant yesterday around noon and noticed there were long lines. When we arrived, the line extended to the door, but they still had seating available. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they managed to reduce the wait time. There were three staff members who were exceptional in their service. I paid for my lunch and, when I turned around, the line had nearly disappeared. The efficiency was impressive, the food arrived quickly, and the customer service was excellent. I also noticed that the management was actively involved, not just overseeing things. Overall, a very impressive experience!
The lines are ALWAYS long, no matter what time of day it is. But having the employees outside, and taking orders, makes things go by so much faster. Their strategy seems to be working, to get customers in and out, within a decent amount of time. I went for breakfast on this particular trip and ordered the 4 count breakfast minis and they were so moist and tasty. Only thing I didn 't like was that, I asked the employee if there is a extra charge to get iced coffee, and he told me NO! .....my receipt stated otherwise!
Chick-fil-A is a fast-food chain restaurant in Ontario that serves chicken sandwiches, strips, and nuggets along with salads and sides. We went to this place twice. This place gets crowded most of the time. They have plenty of delicious options such as Chick-fil-A signature chicken sandwiches, salads, chicken nuggets, breakfast items, and many more. Their food is good and the overall service is also appreciable. The price seems okay.
This location consistently offers outstanding customer service! We visited today for Cow Appreciation Day, and despite the huge crowd, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our food arrived even quicker than I expected, and when they noticed I was struggling to manage everything, they kindly got me a larger bag to help me organize it all. They truly went above and beyond without me even asking!
This is the best restaurant I've ever visited! I overlook other food spots because this is the place to be. The customer service is exceptional, which is why I keep coming back. The food is absolutely delicious, especially the salads. I always leave feeling satisfied, and the service is quick—there's never a wait. I would give it a rating of 100 stars if I could!
