Okay, so I got the app and I had some points, And I redeemed them for a bunch of food. When I got home, I checked my bag, I realized that all the items I redeemed with points weren’t there, but all the other items like my spicy chicken sandwich were. I definitely recommend to not redeem any food items from the app. The food is very good tho!

Very friendly customer service. I have a veggie wrap and deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with coffee. There is a certain way to follow as we near the store with clear instructions. Customer service provided coffee before my order. Overall very satisfied with the service and food.

I was there for the pickup. Everything was great. Many employees are ready to serve. Original source is very good. Must try. They standard fire like potato chip, very unique for a fast food chain. You're a little expensive.

The food at Kicherenfil a is absolutely impeccable. 10/10 every time. The service is also incredible. They pulled a garbage from mints out of storage, just for us to get the free mint.
