Chick-fil-A corporate needs to do something about the ridiculous trend that's going on at their locations in Arizona and probably all over the US. People love their product... I get it... It is quite delicious. That being said, the way they have started blocking the roads because the location is not big enough to contain all of the people in the drive-thru has reached epic proportions of stupidity. If they did not purchase enough land to be able to conduct a business appropriately, they should have opened an additional location. But that's not in the Chick-fil-A business model. They like it this way. It creates a feeling of FOMO, because obviously, everybody is in line for something good, right? This is sick and wrong. Anyone coming through the strip mall where a Chick-fil-A location is placed, has to deal with the stupidity of their horrendous business practices. Chick-fil-A Corporate: FIX THIS!!! Also, a note on how slow this location is: When I arrived, a party of teenagers came in. One of them wanted Panda Express instead of Chick-fil-A. She left, walked to the Panda Express, purchased her food and received it, and came back and is eating it while the rest of them are still online waiting to place the order. For all the sycophants who are talking about how fast they are here, you're obviously woefully brainwashed to be able to make such a heinously misinformed statement. Or, Chick-fil-A is paying you to lie on their behalf. Quick update: after waiting close to 25 minutes for my food to be delivered to my table, the soda is so weak that it tastes like water with a slight dash of Coke zero. Additionally, it has that tangy sour flavor which only comes when the soda fountain machines have not been properly cleaned.
