Today was horrible! Arrived at the drive through around 1045, so that I'd miss the lunch rush. My order was wrong. I was missing two orders of fries. After waiting 5 mins to get out of the driveway, because there was only one exit lane, and getting two blocks from home, I decided to check the order...and it was wrong. I turned around, only to arrive right at the lunch rush, and was given two new orders of fries...when I asked for 3 to replace the cold fries for the order that was correct. Exhausting and very chaotic today!!

I wish I lived closer to the Cantrell location because they always get my order right. However, I was asked to pull up for a cup of ice water that I requested with my order. The lines are also frustratingly long, and it seems they don’t have enough staff taking orders. I go to Chick-fil-A expecting fast and accurate service, which I consistently receive at the Cantrell location, but it's just too far for me to go regularly. With two jobs and a tight schedule, it’s difficult to wait for something so simple.
I really don't understand how anyone could have a bad experience at this restaurant, but somehow I did. The wait for my food was excessively long, and when I finally got home, the fries were way too salty and I didn't even receive a full 12-count, just 9. To top it off, my mac and cheese was old, which I can only assume is what caused the delay. Wow, I'm just amazed. This location has really gone downhill! The downtown location is definitely the better choice.
Must have changed management. Took forever to get food. They went from 2 lanes to 1 lane for drive thru orders and 1 dedicated to mobile orders only. Made the wait about 15 minutes longer. Got food and nuggets were soggy and cold. The Mac and cheese had this burnt crust mixed throughout it. I'll be back, but that was the worst experience I've had there since they opened that location. It wasn't the worst experience, but it was definitely nerve-wracking. I ordered two ranch dressings for my Cobb salad, but they didn't give me any. I also ended up choosing the wrong toppings for my salad. I had to remind the server about my milkshake, and this is now the third time that I've either left without it or almost left without it. It's not too outrageous, just a bit frustrating.
Food is good, but customer service is lowest. About a week ago I asked the male to ask me a question, and he got an attitude. During another visit I asked the woman in the window about things I asked for my coffee, but did not receive and she also got a posture. I usually visit this special store because of customer service, but things have changed drastically.

How do you have a bad experience in this place??? How? I just did. Terrible long wait to come home only with my food to have extremely salty pommes and not even a 12 ct, but 9.
