Chick-fil-a - Reserva de mesa

I had the worst experience at Cockerbsen. I waited 30 minutes for my food, and when it still hadn't arrived while other customers were being served, I asked to speak to the manager. The girl said he was busy, so I requested a refund instead, to which she agreed. They refused to serve me any food. I noticed another group of managers having a meeting, so I approached one of them to ask about my situation. He told me that they had given the other customers their money back and recorded their information. I responded that this wasn't the policy I expected from Chick. I mentioned that I would contact the corporate office.

Like every other Chick-fil-a had an unmatched system of productivity and customer service that is unmatched. With that being said I frequently am a customer of the drive thru and I have been displeased as of recent with their accuracy and efficiency. Something in my order is always wrong when I use the drive thru. Many of the drive thru attendants are young ppl and although they will make mistakes, accuracy in a timely matter must be enforced.

customer service is usually quite good. I'll go there for the waffelfries. they are my favorites. the shakes test how glorified wendys friosties with whipped cream and cherry top. Once finished with the topping they are with more than $4 of what taste like a watery cup of frozen milk? regardless of what new taste it is. I'm not eating the meat now, but when I did it, it was pretty good. ok. I'm out?

The food was outstanding! The only downside was that parking was a bit tricky to find, but there is a free parking lot available. Overall, a great spot for lunch!

Awesome experience as usual. Finally got to try the Honey Pepper Pimento. I had mine with a spicy chicken filet. Sandwich was great This location is always clean and the service is fast. Perfect! The double drive-thru had over 25 cars when I arrived, so I knew it was popular. Once I got my confirmation, I could see that people were enjoying their meals right behind me. As for the food, I would give it a 5 out of 5!
