Chick-fil-a - Reserva de mesa

Pros: The food is consistently good. Cons: They have repeatedly messed up our drive-thru orders. Honestly, we've had some form of mistake in 5 out of our last 6 visits here. I understand it's busy, but every other Chick-fil-A we go to manages to get our order right, even when they're crowded. Now, I always check the order before leaving. Tonight, they forgot the chicken nuggets for my son. When I pointed this out to the woman at the window, she asked if I was sure they weren't in the bag. I had to empty my bag on my dashboard, going through each item as I took it out, and even showed her the bottom of the bag. Only then did she finally give me the missing item for which I had already paid....

This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last. While the restaurant was clean and very busy, the portion sizes were disappointing. I ordered a grilled meal sandwich with an upgraded kale salad, but the salad came in a small container that was only filled a third of the way, and they refused to provide a fuller serving. Additionally, the overcooked chicken sandwich only had half a tomato on it. Overall, I was not satisfied with the experience.

Without a doubt, this is the best chicken in town. The restaurant is impeccably clean, and the service is outstanding—especially from Isabella. She was incredibly courteous, professional, and attentive, always serving with a smile. The entire staff is fantastic, but Isabella truly stands out. Chick-fil-A is simply unmatched in all aspects. Though the line was enormous, the team kept everything moving quickly. Very, very organized. The food was not great. Soggy sandwiches that cost $40. I've had better at other locations. But these folks were working hard I can't say enough about that! Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered the deluxe spicy chicken meal, but what I received was just a plain piece of chicken on a bun, with nothing else. The fries were almost undercooked. This will definitely be my first and last visit to this restaurant.

Isabella was incredibly friendly and polite, making our experience a delight with her constant smile. The food was excellent. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all with a 5 out of 5.

Busiest fast food joint you will ever come across. Two separate drive thru lines running simultaneously. Food is amazing, better hope you like chicken ????
