Chick-fil-a - Reservar una mesa

I called about my food been cold . It’s not the first time . I return Becuz I work so close to them . But today was my last day . Marco or Mario was rude about the situation. He told me I should check my food before leaving . And he’s correct but it’s not my job to make sure the food is good and ready for the customer. And as a manger you should have your employees changing their product in a timely manner to prevent this problem .

Very poor counter service, at least 15 people behind the counter doing noting at 1:30 in the afternoon, and took at least 10 minutes to get my sandwich, much faster at a drive thru for sure. This restaurant in the past has always been fast as a manager/owner was there, but was very obvious that this person was not on site during my visit

not the place when pressed for the time. parking is impossible and even preorder we waited much longer than any chik-fil-a I have ever been. would have saved the time, the 20 minutes on the in capital. 2 stars, because it is still good eating, but definitiw is not worth waiting and wasted all afternoon.

when they go to eat here, they don't use mobile charges. waited 20 minutes while I see the people who just order, get their food right after ordering. When I finally got my food, it was cold.

always a great sandwich and the waffelfries were as usual hot and fresh. the place is a bit decorating on a cold afternoon so many glass walls. food: 5/5
