First ever visit to chic- fil-a, as we only have a few in Canada. From the time i ordered my number 1 meal to the time it arrived at the table was about 5 min. The drive thru was Very busy, so considering that, the food arrived fast. The sandwich and fries were hot. But, the straw i was given, still wrapped was soaked. Not sure with what, decidedly, i did not use it. All empty tables were dirty, with wither garbage or food crumbles left behind from previous customers. The entire time I was inside, at total of about 30 min. I did not see one employee come out to clean up the tables. I know it was busy, but clean tables are needed all the time. I visit the LBT Chick-Fil-A for breakfast at least 4-5 times a week. Each time, the restaurant has a pleasant aroma and is always clean. The staff is friendly and genuinely embodies the company’s mission. The owner is frequently present and is truly exceptional. As someone who works in food service, it's refreshing to see the owner working alongside her employees. Overall, this is a fantastic location; I highly recommend enjoying a meal there. Don't forget to appreciate their excellent customer service, as it's hard to come by these days.
I had a very nice experience here. I walked in and noticed a nice air freshener that reminded me of the Sheraton hotel. My order was correct and I enjoyed my lunch inside. I noticed flowers in the bathroom and every single table. The employees were walking around to ask if they could refill or assist us and that was thoughtful. I saw a few families enjoying lunch, business people ordering to go and catering being delivered to cars. I live nearby 2 other chick-fil-a locations but this one is my favorite and I’d love to come back here.
Be aware that this location appears to not take walk-in orders. You must either order through the drive-through, or use the app and request pickup. Chick-fil-a has done a terrible job of notifying customers of thos fact. Hence the minus one star. Other than that, the food is good and the staff are both pleasant and quite proficient at getting food in customers' hands as quickly as possible. Restaurant is clean. I did not deduct a star because my requested sauce was omitted from my order, but do better next time!

This was undoubtedly the cleanest and best-run Chick-fil-A I've ever visited. We stopped in for lunch with our granddaughter, and I was impressed by the quality of the food, the outstanding service, and the tidy, well-maintained environment. There was someone assigned solely to the dining area to ensure that the tables and the surrounding floors remained clean, and they were doing an excellent job. The employee who took our order went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our lunch.
Every time I've visited this restaurant, I've left disappointed. My partner and I always order the same dishes, but I've received the wrong sandwich on multiple occasions. We've also had missing sauces, and the fries! The large fries are consistently just medium-sized. They never come out full. It may seem trivial to mention, but it's really frustrating and unsatisfying. I just wish they would get our orders right.
Just sat in the drive thru line for twenty minutes after my order was taken. Ridiculous. So many people that they bumping into each other but the manager claims they were short staffed. Ridiculous. No remorse and didn’t seem to care. Just as long as people were still ordering food. And didn’t even get a my pleasure. Chick fila will let anybody work there now. Now it’s just another supped up chicken spot.
I visit the Lake Boone CFA at least 4x per week. I ALWAYS (yes I said always) get amazing service. I have yet to encounter an employee that wasn't polite and helpful. Two employees that I would like to give a special shout out to are Harmony and Lilly. They make me feel like a million bucks every time I see them. I look forward to seeing them as much as I look forward to the chicken minis.

First time at this chickfila and (see picture) we got a pretty sad excuse for a large fry . Some of our fries were also undercooked and, while I don 't hold it against the location, they were clearly understaffed and it took 25 mins to get through the drive through at a 330pm on a Monday. Otherwise our other food was good. Will likely not visit this location again.
