I?ve been so excited since this location opened; it was the first location in metro Detroit (aside from Oakland university and Harper hospital). Lines were super long when they first opened, but it has definitely died down recently. Even when the lines were long; the wait wasn?t as long as you?d expect. I visited earlier this week and I was reminded why I enjoy going there so much. The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly. The gentleman that gave me my food even addressed me as Miss Paige (my name is Paige) and complimented my nails ?? he was very sweet. Probably one of my least happy experiences with Chick-fil-a due to circumstances mostly beyond their control. I find that these stores typically attract a much higher customer volume than the design can accommodate. Drive throughs are never long enough andkitchen and counter space is often insufficient. This store was packed with employees in the kitchen practically tripping overeach other trying to complete the many orders. I?m glad they removed a bunch of furniture to permit people to stand around towait for their orders to come out and get placed on the pick up shelves. I was very excited when this opened but Today I ordered my usual two egg white muffin sandwiches, I usually go to Woodhaven location. The chicken was not even half an inch thick, both sandwiches had almost no chicken on them. Also the chicken tastedlike it was made yesterday, was very dried out. I have them a two star because they were nice and had good service but itdoesn?t mean much when the food wasn?t up to standard. I highly recommend going to the Woodhaven location over this one. Thisdoesn?t show how good Chick-Fil-A actually is. Will not be going to this location again.
Always a pleasure. Today was the first time I tried carside pick up; I may never get on line again lol. Mind you the lines are SUPER long, but rarely ever a huge inconvenience because the staff executes and expedites the process flawlessly and theaccuracy of my orders have ALL been 98 to 100%. If I could change anything it would be too remove the $50 limit on in appordering; I was $6 over and had to remove items to be able to complete the order and it wouldn't allow me to place an additionalorder.

I go to this Chick-fil-A all the time however I will not be going back. They always mess up my order and forget stuff . Today I ordered a spicy southwest salad and got left over shredded chicken in my salad. Looks nothing like normal. I order this saladoften I know what they look like .
I visited hoping to give this restaurant another chance, but it might be the worst Chick-fil-A in the country. They consistently get your order wrong. I ordered their new seasonal chicken sandwich, but received a plain chicken sandwich instead. The quality of their service is declining.
The food was off today. Had a spicy deluxe that was cold but an order of strips that were steaming hot.The workers are always so pleasant. (My kids even asked why they were so nice! ?)The speed of service is never an issue although they are always packed when we go.
Customer Service was great, and the food was delicious. I had the spicy chicken deluxe with waffle fries. This restaurant is in a convenient location with lots of shopping, dining. I would recommend.

This restaurant serves the best chicken in the world. The ordering process is quick, even with 15 cars in front of me, it only took about 5 to 10 minutes to order and receive my food.
The food is good like you can always expect. I did wait 20 minutes for a vanilla shake. 3 people asked what I was waiting for but no one told me why I was waiting.
