Went to Chick-fil-a at march 16th at 2 pm.The food was excellent!!!Kathy approached our table several times to check in on me and my friend. We love it here. We think this is the best Chick-fil-A we ever had.The only reason why we knocked the service down one star is because we saw behind the counter, while ordering, a manager in a pink shirt talk down to one of the coworkers. The elderly manager told the coworker that she need her on break 20 minutes ago while the coworker was trying to refill the lemonade machine. The manager was snippy and, tbh disrespectful. I've worked in management before and I found it off putting.
This morning, I finally gave in to my craving for a chicken scramble bowl. However, when I got to work and opened it, I discovered a long chin hair right on top, which completely spoiled my appetite. I returned it to ask for a refund, but the manager, Christine, was extremely rude. She didn’t say a word—not even an apology. Although I received my refund, I won’t be coming back to this restaurant. Her attitude was truly terrible. It’s surprising because the staff are usually friendly, but Christine clearly needs a break. It seemed like she genuinely dislikes her job.
I had a disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. This morning, I ordered a grilled bowl, but when I opened it, I saw there was no cheese. I went back inside to let the staff know, but the person I spoke to neither apologized nor acknowledged the mistake. They called the manager, who took my bowl, set it aside for a while, then added cheese. When he returned it to me, the bowl was cold, and he didn’t offer any apology. To make matters worse, my receipt clearly showed I had ordered extra cheese, yet there was none in my bowl initially.
This trendy location is convenient due to its spot, but expect possible waits of about 30 minutes. I've frequently received incorrect orders, especially when I ask for modifications. For example, I requested a protein grill instead of a muffin and wanted to swap a cookie, but I was given a cup of chicken and a slice of cheese instead. Another time, I ordered a Coke and buffalo dipping sauce but got lemonade and extra BBQ sauce instead! Next time, I’m considering trying the Kirkwood Highway location if I get the chance.

The workforce here is completely unhinged! When I asked to speak to a team lead he said On god ill go ape mode and then proceeded to hop onto the side of my truck shaking it while making monkey noises. When I screamed for help management ran out and started dumping peanut oil all in my car all over me and my daughter. I don 't recommend dining here!Dietary restrictions: My daughter is highly allergic to peanuts.
I frequently visit this Christiana location with my dog and usually order nuggets, along with a pup cup for my furry friend. However, today I was rudely told "no" by an employee named Gianni when I requested the pup cup. Because of this experience, I don't think my dog and I will be returning to this location.
I have never been to a bad chick filet. Anybody that doesn't give 5 stars is just a high maintenance person. I have worked in the to restaurants in New York and Philly and remember these are young kids. That says a lot about the leadership.
The food was just average. There were difficulties with accessing the parking lot. Parking: The layout and entrance of the lot are poorly designed, making it very challenging to get in and out.
