Popped in for a quick lunch. It was 12:30 pm and the drive thru was packed. Decided to park and just go in. Great idea, no one in line and got my food delivered to me two minutes after I sat down. And delivered with a smile. The employees are so darn polite here and it is 'their pleasure ' to get you what ever you want. My food was great as always. The dining room was really clean which is nice to see for a fast food place.
The metro's flagship Chick-fil-A. Smooth running, capable of relatively quick service even during the lunch or dinner rush. Always fresh, hot food and friendly service. Standard decor. If they're busy the parking lot will be difficult to navigate and the drive-thru line will make some spots challenging to access. Just park at Brentwood Pointe and hoof it.
While this Chik-fil-A is located in the 2nd worst parking lot in the St. Louis Area, everyone who works there is always friendly and gives quick and helpful service. Food is standard for Chik-fil-A, so it’s hot and delicious. They recently remodeled and the place looks much nicer than it did before.
Absolutely love this Chic-fil-a. Food is always fresh and hot. The staff are always friendly, and polite. I like how they redid the inside. You aren't able to see the kitchen. It does seem a little on the smaller side. But this location is my absolute favourite. Reserva una mesa ahora

Everything tasted great (as usual). Chicken was perfect, bun was perfect, waffle fries was perfect. I just wish the location I was at had macaroni and cheese.
Rude service, not at all what I would expect from Chic-fil-A. Very disappointed. I didn't even get my food.
