I wish I would of taken pictures... There was not a thing fresh about my meal. I have never been to a Chick-fil-A and not been over satisfied with my meal and or service. Mind you my service was still amazing but my food was.... Augh I hate to say it, it was awful. I was asked to pull around to wait for my hot fresh food, which I actually never encountered at a Chick-fil-A before and when my food came out they were not fresh, I asked for extra pickles. I received two... Honestly I don't care where your restaurant is located. It's too bad this company isn't more in line with basic social decency/humanity, because the dining experience was better than I've had in some sit down restaurants. The cashier had a really great attitude and seemed really happy to help us despite the pressures of working in the fast food industry post-pandemic. The food came fast, they delivered to our table, the sauces were delicious and someone even came to ask about topping up our drinks.
Delicious! The food was great and warm and served promptly. I had 8ct chick-fil-a nuggets and waffle fries. I wished I took a photo because the food looked great and was presented neatly! The food tasted well and tasted real. The service was great as well and I felt welcomed and respected as a customer. I dined in and found the seating clean and charming. Loved the presentation of the restaurant seating. I plan on visiting again!
So I have to say, it really did live up to the hype! I hadn't ever been here before and we made a stop on the drive home and I was very impressed. Their customer service was incredible, they were very polite and kind, and the food was definitely 10/10! Prices were very decent and even though there was a long line for drive through they moved very fast though it and it was definitely worth the short wait in my opinion! Reserva una mesa ahora
First time there, got a kids meal of chicken nuggets and mac and cheese with lemonade. Employees were friendly. Had heard alot about mac and cheese so wanted to try it. The dog had the nuggets as I am vegetarian I had the mac. Mac tasted good but was lukewarm . Nuggets were good size but one was all crust, no meat. Lemonade was awesome. Will give it another shot.
Love that Chick-Fil-A is finally in NY. The food is delicious, staff very polite despite the crazy lines. My son spilled his milk and a server happy helped me clean it up. Order through the app before you board to skip the line and wait! If it is your first time to be sure to order regular chicken sandwich, waffles and a lemonade. The ice cream is also delicious
My family was yesterday about dinner time when I saw the lines inside and in the drive thru I was dreading but to my surprise it ran very smoothly fast. I was very impressed by how everything from staff who were in my vehicle with menus in hand to take our orders and collect our payment, the food was hot and delicious. It's worth two and a half hours.
I got the deluxe chicken sandwich. The chicken was very good and juicy. The waffle fries could of been a little more crisp but they where still good. I enjoyed the Chick-fil-A sauce.
