the service was ok. when I asked if I could have some changes to my breakfast job, the drive thru subscriber did not seem to be aware that the ability to make these changes, even at the end of the transaction that she did not say “My Pleasure”. I'll take up the window that I didn't get a kind of greeting, she just gave me the drink and waited for eating. no “My pleasure” as she sent me away. I understand that we are in ny and Chic-fil-A is a very southern thing, but it should not be important. the brand should learn in these operated employees the service standards of cfa. absolutely love their chicken sandwiches and options to customize. can also get enough of their soße options and even have delivered my own home with bottles of several sorts. Oh delicious! their fries are on the softer than I want, but a big fix is to ask them to cook for a somewhat longer time. in any case, a great selection of food makes if we decide what we want to eat. they always decide to order on the app and pickup in store or have taken it to their car because the running gear thru and order lines are massive.
This restaurant is amazing every time! I had the breakfast SEC on a biscuit with golden delicious medallions of potato and a Half n Half iced tea, which was delicious. I also got 2 #1 original sandwiches to go for later, and they were fantastic as always. The service was great and the atmosphere was perfect for a dine-in meal. I highly recommend trying the chicken sandwich combo. Overall, a 5-star experience in terms of food, service, and atmosphere. Price per person is $10-20.
I have to love it if almost the entire order is missing. If the supplier is here, you don't get the rest of your food. my reception has all the order, but lacking majority of food! more than once happened, they do not understand how there is no quality control. I absolutely adore Chick-fil-A. The food is delicious and served quickly. The staff are amazing and provide excellent service. The fresh chicken and salads are top-notch. The restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend trying the avocado lime ranch dressing on your salad – it's fantastic. I can't wait to return soon.
Always satisfied with the drive thru service, superb every time with the quality of the food. Always get my food on time had both the spicy and regular chicken sandwich and they are really good. My father had a grilled chicken and he loved it, he binged the sandwich for a week straight, that goes to show you that this location is worth the wait and the visit.
Like most Chik-fil-A locations, there may be a brief wait due to its popularity, but the wait is manageable given the high volume of customers. The staff excels in providing excellent service and maintaining the friendly atmosphere that Chik-fil-A is known for. Food, service, and atmosphere all received top marks of 5.
