she came here since she opened, always had great service and eating. recently was very disappointed. I've been ordering weeks in the last couple of times. all my commands were totally wrong or missing pieces of order. I felt bad to complain, but I need to eat that I paid. just like getting a normal chicken sandwich when I ordered the deluxe. or hühnernuggets instead of pommes and suppe that I originally ordered to be given. I also tried to buy dinner again this evening in the shop and was met with rude customer service at the front. that's the end of me I've ever been riding again. This location has really gotten so terrible. In the last 4 months on 3 different occasions I ordered curbside and everyone who came after me got their order except me . I went through drive through the next following times and one of their employees literally passed me and did not take my order . I rather go somewhere else if it’s going to be like this . Do better this is not the service I expected from Chick-fil-A.

this chalk is always very good. but recently I felt that their team members did not give attention. Today I have only ordered three items, and yet I have not received one of them. the entry on the bag has even said that the article also, so I am insecure when what happens here, but it is the third time that it happened to me within two months. I'm annoyed by this, because it's not cheap to eat.

Just about the friendliest manager I’ve ever come across. Waking around the tables inside, asking if everyone has what they need, making polite conversation and offering a refill on drinks as well as clearing trash. Restaurant is very clean and the food comes fast. It’s always busy, so we know the food is fresh with such a high turnover. Staff are so polite. Reserva una mesa ahora

eric white was very excellent and was extremely helpful while I helped get food for someone with a heavy gluten allergy. it would be amazing if this had been the way allergies were treated by all restaurants and food ingredients everywhere. thanks to Chick-fil-A northlake and their excellent staff!

I give him a 5 because they were smeared with cars (3 lanes), they could promise to bring my order to my car in 7 minutes. the food was hot and fresh? the order was right. the personal had a good job; provided service with a smile?

There 's a whole generation of women in thw US who di not know how to cook. Fast food is so cheap and tasty that they don 't have to learn the art of cooking. One of them told me: Coo-king? Must be a town in China?

This particular location was one the busiest I've seen. Service was still fast and hot food and typical Chick-fil-A friendly.

the first time on this chain and the personal was so friendly and eating was great. crazy busy, but our meal was fast.
