Chick-fil-A is undoubtedly the finest fast food restaurant globally. They shine in both the taste of their food and the quality of their customer service. Their chicken sandwiches are simply extraordinary, especially when enjoyed with their waffle fries and signature Chick-fil-A sauce. I highly recommend the spicy chicken sandwich with American cheese, paired with a large order of fries topped with cheese sauce and a refreshing large sweet tea. And don’t forget to indulge in a peach shake! The service is remarkably efficient; you can navigate a drive-thru line that wraps around the block faster than at McDonald's. I rate Chick-fil-A 4.9 stars.

We were quite disappointed with this location. There were two kids, both clearly over the age of 10, in the play area who were completely out of control, using foul language and making the space unusable for our two children under three. I notified the staff twice, but nothing was done. They weren't busy, nor were they short-staffed. Our visit tonight was meant to be a treat for our kids, but it ended up being a total failure. We are disappointed in the staff and will not be returning to this location after this experience.
I've typically had problems with this Chick-fil-A, so this time I decided to go in and get my food. The owner, Nick, was present, but he didn't seem concerned about my issue at all. In fact, he rolled his eyes when I pointed out that the fries I received were not fresh. No one wants to eat old fries—they taste terrible! As a result, I’ve decided that I will never return to this Chick-fil-A location, no matter how much I crave it. I’ll drive the extra distance to go to a different one.

I called to inquire about nuts in a salad and spoke with a very pleasant young man who informed me that there were almonds in a packet on the side. A few minutes later, he called me back to let me know that he had forgotten to mention the walnuts in the granola that was also served on the side. Since I have a walnut allergy, I truly appreciated his diligence in ensuring I had the right information. I consistently receive excellent service at this location, but this really stood out!

What can I say? It’s Chick-fil-A. Their chicken sandwiches and Cobb salads are both fantastic, and just about anything on the chicken menu is delicious. The lines are often long, but they manage to get customers in and out quickly—it’s truly a well-oiled machine.

Make sure to double-check your order before you drive away! I ordered a chicken sandwich, grilled nuggets, and fries, but they forgot my sandwich and only gave me the fries. It definitely wasn't worth the $20 I spent.
