Chick-fil-A is undoubtedly the finest fast food restaurant globally. They shine in both the taste of their food and the quality of their customer service. Their chicken sandwiches are simply extraordinary, especially when enjoyed with their waffle fries and signature Chick-fil-A sauce. I highly recommend the spicy chicken sandwich with American cheese, paired with a large order of fries topped with cheese sauce and a refreshing large sweet tea. And don’t forget to indulge in a peach shake! The service is remarkably efficient; you can navigate a drive-thru line that wraps around the block faster than at McDonald's. The chicken sandwiches are incredible, and the waffle fries paired with Chick-fil-A sauce are exceptional. We were quite disappointed with this location. There were two kids, both clearly over the age of 10, in the play area who were completely out of control, using foul language and making the space unusable for our two children under three. I notified the staff twice, but nothing was done. They weren't busy, nor were they short-staffed. Our visit tonight was meant to be a treat for our kids, but it ended up being a total failure. We are disappointed in the staff and will not be returning to this location after this experience.

I've typically had problems with this Chick-fil-A, so this time I decided to go in and get my food. The owner, Nick, was present, but he didn't seem concerned about my issue at all. In fact, he rolled his eyes when I pointed out that the fries I received were not fresh. No one wants to eat old fries—they taste terrible! As a result, I’ve decided that I will never return to this Chick-fil-A location, no matter how much I crave it. I’ll drive the extra distance to go to a different one. Reserva una mesa ahora

I called to inquire about nuts in a salad and spoke with a very pleasant young man who informed me that there were almonds in a packet on the side. A few minutes later, he called me back to let me know that he had forgotten to mention the walnuts in the granola that was also served on the side. Since I have a walnut allergy, I truly appreciated his diligence in ensuring I had the right information. I consistently receive excellent service at this location, but this really stood out!

After our soccer training, we decided to give this restaurant a try, even though it was a bit farther than our usual spot. The service and food are definitely worth the extra distance. We only recently started coming here since the Sunset Hills location changed their hours, but we've been impressed every time. We typically arrive around 9:20 PM and consistently enjoy excellent service. The staff is friendly and efficient, and most importantly, they always get our order correct.

What you would expect from Chick-fil-A. Good service and food. I am usually underwhelmed by CFAs food, but I honestly had the best spicy chicken deluxe ever at this one. I did take away a star because the water they serve here just doesn't taste right. Really odd because STL has great tasting water... Maybe it goes sour when they are not open on Sunday... Apr 2022 update: they still put way too much ice in their drinks...

Fastest delivery system I have ever seen. All the workers there are polite and welcoming, of all the times I've been there there hasn't been a single time I have encountered an employee who is less than enthusiastic about their job. Their drive-thru system makes fast work of any lines, it is seriously better than anything they do out in the County. Excellent food, service, and time management. Reserva una mesa ahora

What can I say? It’s Chick-fil-A. Their chicken sandwiches and Cobb salads are both fantastic, and just about anything on the chicken menu is delicious. The lines are often long, but they manage to get customers in and out quickly—it’s truly a well-oiled machine.

The food isn't the freshest, and you can definitely tell when you ask. No one likes old fries, and they don't give you enough! But, it's the only option close to the south side of St. Louis.
