First time ever my order was wrong!!! The guy in line repeated It to me and still put it in wrong. I was missing a chicken sandwich. Also I expected chicken minis and was charged for chicken nuggets. I got to the window and was told we don't have chicken minis right now. I was very frustrated and told the manager who just gave me an excuse for the wrong order. She sided with the employee who clearly was wrong. Instead of apologizing and letting me know she would give extra training she bruised me off and excused the incident.
Service continues to be atrocious. We consistently have ask for a refund or go back to the store after getting a drive through order. It is almost an expectation that we will have missing items in whatever we order. Once is understood. When it happens consistently over multiple months, it is a systemic issue of the store. Be warned and check your bags after you receive them. It's insulting to know of this and take no steps to resolve it.
How does it get to this point? This place can never get simple things right. It?s run by too many teenagers and young adults who have no idea how to stay organzied or follow instructions. They are running around with no idea what to do. Cold fries, rubbery nuggets, wrong sauces. Not at all a good Chick-fil-A location.
As a vegetarian, options at this restaurant are limited to just biscuits and fries. My go-to choice at Chick-fil-A is their fries and Chick-fil-A sauce, which I find to be incredibly addictive and one of the best sauces around.

Just ordered delivery and fries were cold and failed to knock on the door when delivering preferred hand to hand delivery they left it at the door with with no alert that It was there ...better luck next ime I
The food is excellent, but I wish it were organic. I would dine here much more frequently if the ingredients were organic and free of hormones. The service is also good.
I usually go through the drive-thru, but that sandwich is fantastic! Their waffle fries are great as well. I'll always make time for an occasional visit.
