Chick-fil-a - Reserva de mesa

My mom chose Chick-fil-A for dinner tonight. I ordered an 8-count nugget meal but asked to substitute the fries for a cookie parfait. The parfait was topped with strawberries, Oreo cookie crumbs, and blueberries. Since I am allergic to blueberries, my mom requested that they be left off. The employee assured her that the parfait does not come with blueberries. This was a disappointing experience for me, as I have never had issues at other Chick-fil-A locations in the area. It is crucial for staff to be aware of allergens and ingredients to prevent serious health risks for customers. I am grateful that I noticed the blueberries before consuming the parfait.

I ordered breakfast through the app at 10:18 but when I arrived at the restaurant after driving for 25 minutes, they informed me that they would not be able to fulfill the order because breakfast hours had ended. Even though I placed the order before the deadline, they refused to honor it. This inconsistency in their policy is frustrating and shows a lack of understanding and empathy towards customers. I was highly disappointed with the service provided.

This restaurant is mainly frequented by the local population, particularly by residents of North Stafford. Unfortunately, due to the high demand and the smaller size of the location, the service tends to be slow and they have even stopped offering curbside orders. The constant crowding also affects the quality of service. I would not recommend dining here from 11:30 AM until closing time.

So Chick-fil-A garrisonville and Fredericksburg is the home of the Chick-fil-A sauce. Sadly the employees there didn't know. But it was still fun going there and remembering that you used to not be able to get the sauce through the drive through because it was made fresh daily. Love the og Chick-fil-a sauce! Great experience here! The customer service was amazing especially by Noah at the counter! He was kind and helpful and the food was delicious! I recommend this location! The chicken is good but the parking is a mess. People cut in line in the drive thru regularly. Management needs to put those poles around the area when you exit after getting your food to prevent that. They know people do it but haven't take any actionyet. Don't wait to long to fix that, it's dangerous.

I love chick-fil-A, I can find safe gluten free food here. That being said we did not eat at this one as it was going to be a really long wait as it was busy busy!
