I asked for a vegetarian salate, did not check before I left. I am too home to find chicken and speck in my salat. I ordered salat at 8:18 clock, I returned to the restaurant at 9:03, waited approx. 10 minutes in the drive thru line. the manager told me I waited a long time to swap my salat, and she had a attitude as if I were trying to cheat her on an salat. I showed her where I paid 38 for my full order and the label on my pocket read no huh. she refused to exchange my salat, and didn't let me pay for a new salat in the window, told me to move around to put a new job. bad customer service I've ever experienced at chick fil a. Breakfast was great, once they got our order right.We ordered take-out, got our food but had to wait on our drinks. There were people handling the drink portion of orders for everyone but the young man who took our order.When someone finally acknowledged us, as we were standing there waiting several minutes, even tho we had our food, they were extremely short with us, as well as with the young man who took the order, they told him to make the drinks. He had to step away from his register and make the drinks.I believe the woman who was short, and rude to us was Ashley. Definitely not cut out for the excellent customer service that chickfila is known for.

Please make sure your order is right before exiting the building. The staff members are sometimes in a hurry and will put the wrong found in my bag. For example if I order a combo meal and I’ll order Mac and cheese with it but when I get home I’ll see French fries in my bag. This is a regular occurrence with messing up my food.I love Chick fil A and I eat here often at this location since it’s near my home but y’all have to get customers orders correctly.

Chick fil A never is a bad place to eat. Always hot and fresh food even in these times of short staffing. You can almost never have a bad experience at Chick fil A and even if you do, the customer service is exceptional!

Such an amazing Chick fil A! This location in particular is my favorite. The staff have always been great here and super friendly. Some of the associates even remember me because I go so often! Definitely recommend!
