I ordered salat at 8:18 clock, I returned to the restaurant at 9:03, waited approx. 10 minutes in the drive thru line. the manager told me I waited a long time to swap my salat, and she had a attitude as if I were trying to cheat her on an salat. I showed her where I paid 38 for my full order and the label on my pocket read no huh. she refused to exchange my salat, and didn't let me pay for a new salat in the window, told me to move around to put a new job. bad customer service I've ever experienced at chick fil a. I visited the restaurant and ordered a chicken sandwich and ice through the drive-thru. However, when I checked the bag, the food was missing and the ice had melted. Instead of waiting in the long drive-thru line again, I decided to park and asked for a manager. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was told to come inside. My encounter with the manager, Megan, was unforgettable. She was extremely rude and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. She quickly offered to refund my money to avoid dealing with the situation. I questioned her about the level of customer service, but she dismissed me. After this experience, I have decided never to spend my money at this restaurant again.

I would give the service at this restaurant more than 5 stars if I could. I want to give a special shoutout to one of the employees, a red-headed woman with long hair. Despite not getting her name due to being in a rush, she made my morning by paying for my meal when I had a minor issue with a card. Her act of kindness completely turned my morning around as I headed off to work. You never know what someone is going through, and her gesture meant a lot to me. Thank you for the excellent service! Take out breakfast meal was delicious, with a rating of 5 for both the food and service, and the atmosphere also received a 5-star rating.

The staff at this restaurant are always friendly and welcoming with positive attitudes. We tried the take-out option for lunch and the price was very affordable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. I went to this location around 3pm on Aug 15, 2022. I wanted to say the young sweet very kind lady that was on her break took a picture of my sister and. I wish I got her name. She was so polite and I couldn't thank her enough for what she did. Thank you for helping us. You are an amazing, sweet lady. Thank you so much

eating is always good, but it seems that there is a drastic delay in the service with the drive through, as this does not make sure whether they are underused or if the design is not as helpful as they thought. plan on 20 30 minutes as soon as they move in.
