I've never been disappointed at a chick fil a. Like, its chick fil a!! That says it all!! But this place was definitely different. Fries were undercooked, milkshake came all melted (was brought to us about 15min into dining), salad was not fresh and my chicken filet was not cut, and the list goes on. Then the highchairs were disgusting. They must've not been wiped for days or weeks? Idk. I could not wipe off the sticky stuffs on the chairs with my baby wipes so my babies sat in dirty chairs. Tables were not cleaned and it wasn't even busy. I did a mobile order for dine in but I got ZERO condiments that I ordered. When I told them I was missing the condiments, staff only gave us 2 of each but...
After leaving Great Wolf Lodge and heading home, we stopped at Chick-fil-A for lunch. We ordered a 30-piece nugget meal, but unfortunately, the majority of the chicken nuggets were extremely overcooked and crunchy. Only about 10 were cooked properly. The large fries were not full and they did not provide any sauces. My husband had to go back inside to get sauces and salt and pepper for the bland Mac and cheese. I think they should offer a bland version and a more flavorful option. The ice tea was not sweet and overall, it was not a great dining experience at Chick-fil-A.
My wife and I were traveling with our dog and stopped here for take out. When I got to lmy car with the food,. I discovered that I was missing my grilled chicken sandwich. When I went back in to get my sandwich the staff was somewhat rude when I complained. I got my sandwich and went back to my car. The sandwich bun was dry and stale.I have been eating at Chic-fil-a 's for decades. I will not be eating at one in the future. The my pleasure people are not fulfilling their motto and I will not be paying almost $10 for a dry bun and lukewarm chicken sandwich.
My husband and I went through the drive thru with our 1 year old daughter for breakfast, before taking our order, I asked the employee for a menu and she said she doesn’t have one, so I asked if they had a banana on the menu for my baby and she laughed at me like I should’ve known they don’t have bananas. If she would’ve had a menu, I would’ve been able to see the options for what my baby could have. We don’t have Chick-fil-A where I’m from, it’s a very small town. She needs more training, but the food was great.

I have never in my life had bad chick-fil-a until this place. Went here for lunch my sons fries were soft soggy brown and just gross, and my salad tasted like it hadn’t been washed properly… well it hadn’t?… and I’m guessing it was a quick wash because all this liquid was at the bottom of my salad… ???? I obviously ended up not eating anymore…. Never again will I go here!!!
Food was great but they messed up my order… I did a mobile order for two Chick-fil-A biscuit meals, add bacon, and I received two plain bacon biscuits- no Chicken. When I called to let them know about the error it took more trouble than I expected to get my chicken. Staff was super duper nice, The manager seemed pretty unbothered and uncaring though.
not friendly. a minute they have to order from the speaker box, then they come back without them not one screaming them as they do it and looking! they have to take care of their hearts! so, now they have to answer all the thing to do the thing they did all to do is walk 5ft to my car and take it mine or! Wasted gas! That's it! I did it.
The place is well organize inside out! Children's, of today have really mature! I like tht of all ages! Whether, they are foreigner, or citizens! We, all are one! ??

There's some young people that work here and when you come in their a bit more focused on hanging out, but the service is fast and the food is good
I just got breakfast from there and a vanilla iced coffe and Ms. Mizyah made my coffee so perfect. Thanks for starting my morning off right.
