I have been a customer of Chick-fil-A for 45 years and have never encountered any problems at their stores until today. I had an issue with my fries and had to return to the drive-thru to get it resolved. The young man working there tried to help by going inside to talk to someone about replacing the fries. He came back and informed me that Matt refused to replace them, so I had to go inside even though I was in a hurry. After speaking with the manager, my fries were eventually replaced without any issues. When I requested to speak to Matt, he came over and immediately accused the young man outside, whom I knew. I wish I could give this restaurant 10 stars, but I can't! I always enjoy my experience every time I visit Chick-fil-a. I am always greeted with a smile, the service is very fast, and the food is always fresh. I particularly appreciate that my order is always correct, as many other restaurants often make mistakes. The longest I've ever had to wait in the drive-thru was about 6 minutes, which is not long at all! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. If you happen to be nearby, make sure to stop by - you won't be disappointed!
Friendly and prompt. One small change up could be; for the Drive-thru Curbside is for staff to use a large bag or two bags instead of stuffing the breakfast food inside of one bag because most people won't take out everything to make sure it was all put in the one bag that's Stuffed and it's a courtesy for us in the drive-thru curbside to get out of the line for next car. Like most, I place large breakfast orders.
as always, chik fil a, will satisfy the customers. the half of our order was right, but not the other half. I didn't know until we were on the road for 5 minutes. no problem, just turned around and took it back. they realized where the mistake was made and made us eat fresh quickly! If I could give 0 stars I would. Son goes out there twice.. first time they added blue berries and cheese to a market salad? that I asked that they not add. Second time he comes home with the salad and there is no chicken on it? 2 locations in Lagrangeand neither one can ever seem to get it right. Top notch customer service is out the window. Do better!!
this location had great services, hot eating (fries) and very clean inside. we traveled back from a fishing trip in alabama and needed after a long day on the water food. many parking spaces for the boat and they even made a fresh coffee for us. great job and we will stop again when we are back through the opposite. Thank you.
