I am thoroughly disappointed with Chicfila for selling rotten chicken salads without regard. My family ate here approx 1x week for years because of the perceived high quality food. I purchased a southwest chicken salad for lunch. When I got to the office, I noticed a weird brownish/greenish slime in the sealed plastic salad container. The foul smell and sight of rotting juices made me nauseous. I kept my receipt, the bag, and sealed condiments to return. The next day, I returned for a credit and to show the manager the pictures of what I had sold. I was treated horribly by the night shift manager, who refused to make accommodations or even acknowledge that they sold me food that could result...
I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered breakfast items and drove off only to find that an item that was ordered was not in the bag. I had to go back through the 30 minute drive through to find out that they can no longer give me the item due to breakfast being over. I was compensated with a chicken nugget box and a voucher. All was well until I drove off and looked at the voucher. It literally expires today 12/31/2021. Could not be more disappointed in my experience at this location.
Clearly says extra tomato no pickles on the bag. Got no tomato and pickles on the order. Line was crazy long so I sort of get it but I've never had chick FIL a mess up an order for me before. Usually this location has a pretty short line. Guess times havechanged. Disappointed at the no tomatoes as they are essential to why I get a deluxe in the first place. Sucks that I paid forit. I had no time to get it fixed because I had to head back from my lunch break.
I have had many issues at this location in recent months. Our order has been incorrect with missing items on multiple occasions. I reached out to them for help with a refund after they completely omitted a kid’s meal. After two weeks, all they have done is said they would call (they haven’t) and string me along.

I was disappointed to receive plain nuggets instead of the two 12-count grilled nuggets that I ordered. When I attempted to exchange them at the counter, I was informed that I would need to purchase them again.
Very efficient ordering in the drive-thru. Deluxe Chicken Sandwiches a little overcooked (but would rather have that than undercooked Food tasted great!
Always friendly staff. I only ordered some milkshakes which took a little while, but understandable because they had a very long line at the drive-thru.

The best Mac and Cheese in town!!My kids love the soups also.
