Surprised by some of these negative reviews. Our group went there yesterday for lunch after our kids school field trip. We wanted to sit down to eat so we went inside to order. The ladies at the front who took our orders were super sweet and the rest of the staff as well. They brought our food to the table and I forgot I was in a fast food restaurant for a minute. We were a group of 5 and we had a great experience.

The food was delicious! The line in the drive through was horrific! Waiting 35 minutes just to order then 10 to pay and then I get to the pick up and my food was not ready . I had to pull up and wait another 8 minutes. Total process was a few minutes of being an hour!! The employee's, as always, were very courteous. The food was hot. The order was spot on, down to the two sides of pickles! I love Chick-fil-A
