Chick-fil-a - Reserva de mesa

The person at drive thru was unprofessional and rude. No one told me to pull up and park to wait for my food, so while I was sitting there waiting) , he asked his colleagues, Why is she still here? Again, no one asked me to park, nor did they say there would be a wait on my food. He could have nicely asked me if i needed anything else or why I was i waiting. He was dismissive and rude. None of the customer service that I 'm accustomed to receiving at Chick-fil-A.

Straight up disorganization and chaos. Fries are hot but no salt. I was trying to get a snack because I'm doordashing. It took over 15 min to get a large fry. A LARGE FRY. and my doordash order was paying me 21 dollars. You lose orders after not moving for 15 mins so I'm very irritated that people that came in after me with big orders got their food when all I had was a large fry. This is my first and last time coming here. Food: 2

I ordered a gallon of tea and a gallon of lemonade, but they forgot my order. While waiting, I ate a whole ice-cream cone. It seemed like they thought I was just trying to beat the heat. I noticed some hazards, including a spill that took 10 minutes to clean up, and an employee who started mopping the dining area. I asked her to stop and go get cones instead. I ordered a medium Mac and Cheese but got a small instead. They said they were out of mediums. I don't understand why I had to pay for the medium but only received a small. They could have issued a refund for the difference. The medium cost $4.05. Chick-fil-A is a billion dollar company and should have better accommodated me as a consumer. Food rating: 1 out of 5.
