I decided to order the app before the arrival in chic-fil-long-wait and was for more than 20 minutes before the decision to lift the line and go my car to pick up my order. When I arrived at the door, there was a sign that the dining room was closed. I didn't see this sign before I left the line because the line went back a quarter of a mile. I asked one of the five employees who lean up to do nothing if I were able to get my mobile order inside, although they “closed”. They told me that I waited on the line back that I just skipped to pick up my order. dissatisfied went to one of the hired, who were outside of retired, if I could only pick up my order and they told me that I would have to wait again on the line. if I hadn't paid for my order, I wouldn't have waited for this line. I've been waiting for an hour for FAST food, for my break from work. I will never choose this chic-fil-a again. it wasn't even worth waiting.

the lines in this chick fil a and the complete chaos that it creates in the plaza are unodic. as if the lines were not long enough, they only switched on the drive thru? Maybe they should update their website and stop misleading customers. I wish I could enjoy a meal in the restaurant instead of my car. I miss the days when children can use the playground. not sure if there is a change of administration, but this location has only gone downhill since kovid. it is really an alpt room to even enter the plaza.

I am so disappointed with this location. It has been one inconvenience after another. If they are messing up my orders its something else. I came to get food for my family but now they are only doing drive thru. The are ridiculously long so there is now to think that I can get my food in a decent time. This is not the customer service I am used to from chick fil a. This makes me not want to ever come back again!

Severely understaffed, always a long wait even if you order ahead. Ordered a sunjoy two Dr peppers, ended up with 3 iced teas with no ice after a 20 minute wait. The staff who have been there for years remain friendly and welcoming. One time was rushing to get food and was stopped as they close in 10 minutes.. okay?? now that you stopped me I only have 8 minutes?
