There is absolutely no point of ordering online via their app for drive-through pick up, because when you get there you will still have 20 cars ahead of you and more people waiting in the restaurant to pick up order. The time of order does not matter – the drive-through is always clogged. Can’t drive full size van via drive thru. Can’t change online order to pick up at the restaurant. If you do, then you get pushed down the list even further. This is not a fast food. Speaking of food, fries are decent except a few occasions when they smell like rotten potatoes. The size of meals look like you are in kindergarten.

What’s the point of having an inside??? If there’s a long line outside because people are lazy, don’t bother going in because there to worried about the drive through. If there taking orders around the building and you go inside your order is still going to be behind the last order taken outside. I went in and straight to the register and placed my order. There was one person waiting in front of me to get there small Oder. I order a breakfast burrito. Place my order at 10:12 and got it at 12:27. A 15 minute wait. Next time I’ll go to any other fast food joint and get it quicker

Updating review to reflect the customer service experience after this. I appreciate their quick response and fix!Waited 15 minutes for a curbside order, but that wasn’t showing up in their system. Not a big deal, they reordered inside the store. Waited another 7.5 minutes for several orders behind mine to be fulfilled first (and all I ordered were 4 chicken strips).

7:30 clock on a Friday night would not help anyone who was front and everyone was too busy doing their duty to close to help. 12 minutes waiting for a limonade. after they handed my to-go food 10 minutes too late. not a single person in the line when I arrived.
