Chick-fil-a - Reservar una mesa

i ordered through the chickfila app and when it arrived both fries ordered were half filled looked like someone ate half of them. they sent no chik fil a sauce at all. only 2 polynesian for 2 peoples orders. fries were stale and dry like they had been sitting out and same with the nuggets soggy and old tasting.

I asked please can I have some Polynesian sauce when ordering . I went to the window and they assured me it was in there I drove 30 mins back home and there was nothing … I didn’t even get straws . Food was ok but I only eat it with sauce . I wouldn’t even have eaten here if I knew I wouldn’t get any sauce

The food was hot and fresh, but our fries were slightly undercooked and needed another minute. The drive-thru line moved efficiently, and the staff was very friendly.

Good chicken sandwich. The meat was tender and not too greasy. Wafflefries are not over salted. Unsweetened tea is very good, not too bitter or overbrewed.

Both the chic fil locations in the mall and Navarro have had very slow service as of late. I'm not sure what has changed, but improvement is needed.

This particular establishment is not being run as efficiently as other stores. The wait time at the drive-thru was over thirty minutes.

The line is always long and the people outside are just chatting instead of directing customers.

Freshly made chicken sandwiches. Waffle fries were good. We enjoyed the ice cream cones after.
