Very disappointed. I waited over 20 minutes for my dine in food. I proceeded to go to the front to either ask for my food or for a manager to get a refund. The response I got from Sheila was “well there’s a lot of orders and all the managers are busy”. I asked the cashier that was in the front that I needed a manager and she responded with “I’m sorry they’re busy and I just work here”. 2 other customers got up after me and went to the front to ask for a refund because their food was also taking long. That’s when the manager appeared and gave me a refund. I am extremely disappointed with this location. Very poor customer service.
We don’t visit this location very much, but the Chick-fil-A franchise is usually on point. Although it was a bit disappointing that I had the pick up my window order, then return, walk inside and ask for the sauce I originally asked for. Women's restrooms was dirty...another customer went and told one of the employees about it. Unfortunately, lady who went to clean, didn't. I was still in the restroom waiting for my turn and I saw her just go in, checked it out and left. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
I don’t know how this hire this guy he’s so rude , I asked him for my take out order after 10 min be waiting when they supposed to be ready and he answer in a bad mood, I’m not coming back to this Chick-fil-A again that’s for sure , Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch
