The female taking my order was simply rude with evidence of a hearing deficiency. The very young boy who took my payment at the drive up window was pleasant. The woman that brought the order to my vehicle had an awful attitude. She asked with anger what did you order ? Upon my answer she hastily handed me the bag. As she walked away my 6 year old grandson, said grandma, WHAT WAS HER PROBLEM? My grandson and I have patronized this restaurant over the past two years and the the food and service were great! However, while the food remain good; the attitude and service upon my last two visits have left a very bad taste in my mouth. I 've been told that within just a few miles a restaurant called...
This place has really really good home cooked food I called my order in it was ready when I got there I didn't have to wait the staff was very friendly I ordered the grilled chicken salad I also ordered chicken and dumplings mashed potatoes and gravy pinto beans and macaroni and cheese and oh my God they're mac and cheese is delicious so much so that I went back and got more! So if you're looking for a home cooked meal this is the place to go!
I live on the other side of Charlotte and still take trips out here to get aome of their amazing food!. Their fried chicken is the best in Charlotte area and you have to try it at least once! The mac cheese and sweet corn is also delicious. Make sure to try the funnel fries too if you come here because I'm sure you'll be upset you don't have more to eat when you're done. Keep up the great work staff, you killed it once again!
My cousin has just ordered from this establishment that I’d never been to) and I tasted her lemon pepper wings and they were the best I’d ever tasted. Her husband had a Philly cheesesteak box that looked delicious so I decided to go there on my way home which was about an hour later. I ordered a number 12, salt and pepper catfish with side dishes, rice w/ gravy and collard greens. I did a quick check of my order before driving off. All looked decent. When I got home and unwrapped my food, unbelievable, I had what taste like tuna not Rice and Gravy! Truly disappointed.
Employee that we interacted with was wonderful. Chicken and Dumplings were salty and lacked flavor, mac n cheese was dry and lacked flavor, mashed potatoes and gravy had a big piece of plastic wrap in it. I didn't even try the biscuit. Getting to the drive thru was very confusing.
