I ordered the monthly family special, i repeated that I wanted regular, NOT Spicy. And I still got an order of spicy that my 2 year old can’t eat. I asked for extra sides and was greeted unprofessionally. Once I received my order, I realized there were no napkins or spoons. The sweet tea is extremely watered down Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
I'll have too give them 1 star because everytime my family and others eat there we always have a bad stomach ache after either their not changing the grease regularly or the chicken is bad either way they need to do better because the chicken has great potential but the aftermath is horrible..... I visited the restaurant last night between 6:30 and 7:30, and I was disappointed to find that the food was cold—barely even warm. I ended up taking it home to heat it up. Unfortunately, I woke up feeling sick the next morning. This seems to be a growing trend. I do not recommend eating here; it gave me food poisoning!
The more I visit, the less I want to eat here. On one occasion, I discovered an ant under my roll. They also didn’t have fried okra available, and on another visit, they forgot my condiments. Super sweet tea!! Really nice staff! 99% of the time our orders are correct, cannot say that for many of the fast food places around town, sorry to say. Prices have gone up but that was to be expected (thanks mr president) Chicken Express is a place wevisit often!

Chicken was decent, but prices have risen *A LOT*! They also charge the credit card. They also charge for ranch sauce to go with fried pickles. $17 for a quick meal for a person is just too much.
