Chicken Express - Reserva de mesa

A woman named Catrina was particularly unfriendly. I’m not sure what her issue was on a Monday, but my card was declined twice while I was trying to transfer money. This apparently frustrated her; she returned my card, slammed it on the counter, and loudly announced that my card had declined again before walking away. Her lack of customer service skills was glaring. When I inquired about the price of the family-sized mac and cheese, she responded indifferently, saying, "I don't know. It's like $5 something or so." It’s concerning that someone working there wouldn’t be familiar with the menu. Overall, my experience with her was quite disappointing.

I ordered the monthly family special, i repeated that I wanted regular, NOT Spicy. And I still got an order of spicy that my 2 year old can’t eat. I asked for extra sides and was greeted unprofessionally. Once I received my order, I realized there were no napkins or spoons. I'll have too give them 1 star because everytime my family and others eat there we always have a bad stomach ache after either their not changing the grease regularly or the chicken is bad either way they need to do better because the chicken has great potential but the aftermath is horrible..... I visited the restaurant last night between 6:30 and 7:30, and I was disappointed to find that the food was cold—barely even warm. I ended up taking it home to heat it up. Unfortunately, I woke up feeling sick the next morning. This seems to be a growing trend. I do not recommend eating here; it gave me food poisoning! Reserva una mesa ahora

The more I visit, the less I want to eat here. On one occasion, I discovered an ant under my roll. They also didn’t have fried okra available, and on another visit, they forgot my condiments. To top it off, I received regular strips instead of the spicy ones I ordered. These issues occurred during different visits.

I wouldn't even give them a single star. The chicken was flavorless, and the macaroni and cheese was spoiled. To top it off, we spent almost $40 for the worst meal we've ever had. We won't be dining here again.
