Chicken Salad Chick

Let me start by saying the reason for only 3 stars has nothing to do with this particular location. The food was good and staff were friendly. I got one of the plates with broccoli cheddar soup and was quite hot and not overly salty which is good. I hate if you order soup at some places and it's like warm at best. My issue is that the plate comes with a cup which I upgraded to a bowl and had a $4.00 up charge. I knew there would be but a bowl here is barely larger than the cup. So overall I spent over $17.00 and don't feel like the value is there. For that much one could go for a few bucks more to a regular restaurant or Golden Corral and get your money's worth. This is the worst Chicken Salad Chick I have ever visited. The amount of chicken salad on the whole sandwich was less than what I received on a half sandwich at other locations. I mentioned this to the manager, but they didn’t even apologize; they just stammered. The whole sandwich contained only four half pieces of grape and a measly thin layer of lettuce. It felt like a rip-off. I won't be returning. - Gary

I was never a huge chicken salad fan growing up, but their stuff makes your mouth water. If you can get over the girly names (to eat their chicken salad? No problem. I'd wear a dress if that's what it took! , the food is absolutely amazing. I love everything I've tried there. Get over yourself and get there quickly!

The food is consistently amazing! A special thanks to Kat for her help with my large takeout order. She assisted me all the way to my car and loaded the food in for me. It truly made my day!
