Chicken Salad Chick

misleading credit. it said "free creatures or sandwich" and the cashier didn't let me use to get a free turkey sandwich. pretty sure that a piece of truthahn was thrown on brot is cheaper to make than a chicken salad sandwich so it didn't make any sense. I wanted to buy 2 turkey sandwich menus, 2 drinks, 2 desserts, my free turkey sandwich, but decided after them to say that I could not use the voucher for a sandwich. the good was the main reason I came.

The chicken salad is good but I felt a prejudice vibe here. Don't seem to want black customers. Went there twice felt like I wasn't wanted there. The staff and customers were giving me dirty looks but this is Hurst a mostly white town. I live in Lewisville and there is no Chicken Salad Chick in Lewisville I went there because Irving closed at 5pm they stay open to 8pm. Never again I know where I am not wanted. Blacks beware.

I got Olivia's old south with a side of Mac n cheese and a bowl of potato soup with a large sweet tea and a slice of their decadent pie for later. One of my favorite places in the world. Super fast customer service and great quality food.

Very friendly staff helped us decide what to order (was our 1st time here). Food was delicious! Dining room was clean. We will be back!!

It's okay. the chicken salad is good, but I tried different flavors and they all really taste the same. the sides are all delicious.
